TPDS CEED : Night Owl Prowl

Join interpretive naturalist Brian Swanson on an owl prowl as we search for western screech owls and other creatures of the night! Brian grew up in the canyons of San Diego, he has been a Canyoneer for the San Diego Natural History Museum for 30 years, and has been a board member leading owl walks for the Friends of los Penasquitos Canyon Preserve for more than 20 years.
Meet at the far west end of Canyonside Park Drive, on the west side of the baseball fields at Canyonside Park, 12350 Black Mtn. Road. No restrooms. Arrive early, 7:15pm, to avoid parking stress. Once I have our final list of participants compiled, I will email the list so that you can see who is attending and arrange to carpool if you choose. 15-20 participants. There are no guarantees that we will see an owl, but it will be hoot trying!
